You can return/ exchange any product you purchased in our online store within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Please be aware that we can only accept the returned jewelry piece if all the following criteria are met:

The jewelry must arrive unused and in its original condition.
You must use tracked and insured shipping.

How Do I Return My Jewelry?

For return, we will process your refund and credit it to the original form of payment (excl. the original shipping cost), after receiving the returned jewelry.

To return your jewelry click on this link https://returns.richcommerce.co/return/new?c=evermee (this can also be found on the bottom of our website page under “Return & Exchange)
Once the page loads, add in your order number and email, phone number, or zip code then select “Start Return”
Here you should see the products you’ve ordered, beside them there is “Action” and “Reason” with drop down menus. Select what you’d like to do and why, you can also add some notes for us to further understand your situation.
Once you’re done, click on “Continue”
The next page will require you to upload some photos of the jewelry, so we can take a look at it before shipping
Once you’ve uploaded the 3 photos, click on “Continue” again
On the next page you just need to select how to return your order, click “Submit” and you’re done!
You’ll receive an email with instructions when your return has been approved



How Do I Exchange My Jewelry?

For exchange, we will send you a new piece of jewelry, after having received the returned jewelry. You can simply start return/exchange of your jewelry piece by following the steps below:

Once you submit your request, a return shipping instruction will be sent to your email address.
Place your necklace in its original packaging with the purchase receipt to address given
Please send a confirmation by attaching tracking or shipping receipt to support@evermee.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange.
A confirmation of the new jewelry tracking / a confirmation of a refund will be sent to your email

The entire refund process usually takes between 1 - 2 working days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The processing time may differ depending on your bank or institution that was used.

Please Note several types of goods are exempt from being returned/ refunded.

Non-returnable items:

Sale items cannot be refunded
Gift cards
Downloadable software products

Terms and conditions for eligible refund / exchange:

Jewelry is not damaged
Attached with receipt
Securely arrived back at Evermee warehouse
Shipping won’t be refunded except for defective product
